Ciao Nico…
Mary Ann Tantalo My father’s mother was a DelFave (numerous spellings). My ancestry 4th cousin was a Bonsanto and they were also related to DelFaves. I have vivid memories of a one-armed man who visited my grandparents. It turns out that he was the grandfather of this 4th cousin. It’s such a small world.
They were all from Rodi and she said everyone in Rodi is related. LOL I so wish I had asked my father for information about their ancestry. They’re all gone now. I haven’t come upon any information about the Romangnolas being related to us.
Colleen Boccacino Wolfe from my ancestry searches I saw that my grandfather came over with Del Faves, I am not sure of spelling. He spent time in Hoboken. My mother told me they would take the train to Hoboken every summer for a feast day. My phone is going to die. I will IM
Mary Ann Tantalo My father’s sister lived in Hoboken and I think there were other relatives there. DelFave is also spelled DelFava. This is so interesting!
